This agreement describes the terms on which Goto3D offers you access to an account for being able to play the massive multiplayer online role playing game "Arcrise - Tears of sistrina". By creating an account or downloading the client software you accept the terms and conditions below and state that you are of full legal age in your country or have the permission of your parents to play this game.

You agree that the use of the software is at your sole risk. We provide the software, the game, and all other services "as is". We disclaim all warranties or conditions of any kind, expressed, implied or statutory, including without limitation the implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not ensure continuous, error-free, secure or virus-free operation of the software, the game, or your account.

We are not liable for any lost profits or special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the game, including, but not limited to, loss of data, items, accounts, or characters from errors, system downtime, or adjustments of the gameplay.

While you are playing "Arcrise - Tears of sistrina", you must abide by the following terms therefore called Arcrise rules. If you break any of these rules, your account may be removed and all other services terminated immediately.

Arcrise Rules

Arcrise is an online role playing game in which players from all over the world meet. In order to ensure that this game is fun for everyone, Goto3D expects all players to behave in a reasonable and friendly manner by avoiding the following Behaviour.

Names

Names which contain insulting, racist, extremely right-wing, sexist or offensive language.

Names containing parts of sentences, nonsensical combinations of letters or invalid formattings.

Names that obviously do not describe a person, names of real life celebrities), names that refer to real countries, names which were created to fake other players' identities or official positions.

Statements

Insulting, racist, extremely right-wing, sexist, harassing or generally offensive statements.

Repeating identical or similar statements within a short period of time or use of nonsensical or badly formatted text ("spamming").

Advertising content which is not related to the game or offering Arcrise items for real money.

Non-English or not topic related statements in a public game channel or forum board.

Inciting to violate the rules.

Cheating

Exploiting obvious errors of the game ("bugs"), for instance to duplicate items. If you find an error you must report it to Goto3D immediately.

Intentional abuse of weaknesses in the gameplay, for example arranging objects or players in a way that other players cannot move them.

Using tools to automatically perform or repeat certain actions without any interaction by the player ("macros").

Manipulating the client program or using additional software to play the game.

Trying to steal other players' account data ("hacking").

Playing on more than one account at the same time ("multi-clienting").

Offering account data to other players or accepting other players' account data ("account-trading/sharing").
